Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom orders or face masks.
Flat caps are custom made in sizes from infant to adult. Please measure to see what size range works best for you.
Samples fabric swatches are now available for most listing. To avoid disappointment you may purchase a swatch first to be sure it will match your outfit/occasion.
We do our best to accurately describe and show the colors/shades of each item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please message us within 7 days of receiving your item. Upon receiving your new/unworn returned item we will gladly exchange or refund the cost of your purchase minus the shipping charges. If you wish to exchange the item for another size the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the exchanged item to them.

Delivery policies
Taylors Tartans is located in Eastern Canada.
Shipping from Canada is done by Canada Post. The shipping price listed is for basic shipping. If you would like to have a tracking number, insurance or express shipping please message me for pricing. Depending on your location in Canada, shipping is usually 5-10 days.
Our items are made just for you as they are ordered. Turn around time is approximately 2-4 days for most items and 3-5 days for flat caps. This is the number of days between when you purchase and when your order will be completed and at the Post Office. This is not the number of days between when you order and when you will receive the item. You can contact us once you place your order, and I will give you an estimate of shipping times.

We will ship to the address that you leave us with your order. Please be sure this address is correct. We are not responsible if your address is incomplete or if you have moved and this is no longer your correct address. An incomplete address may add days to your delivery time. If your package has comes back to us and has to be reshipped you will need to cover the cost for reshipping.
Shipping from Canada to Europe or Australia usually takes about 2-3 weeks. Delays at customs may add to this time.
If your package is returned because you did not claim it at the post office you will be be given a refund for the cost of the items minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.
If you are purchasing from outside of North America please be aware that you may be charged customs and or VAT fees when you receive your package. We are not responsible for any of these fees. I have no way of knowing how much they will be. Canada Post and USPS do not ship collect. We will use your shipping charges to ship your package. Any fees that are incurred while entering your country are the buyer's responsibility. If you would like to find our more information about fees in your country please talk to someone at your post office or go to your post office website
We are only able to get tracking information for North America. Once the package leaves Canada or the United States it is not possible to purchase a tracking number. Please be aware of this before you purchase.
Payments
Taylors Tartans currently accepts E Transfer, Pay Pal, Credit Cards and Phone based orders. We do not see credit card numbers during online orders. We do not keep manually processed cards on file.

Fabric placement may vary, but we try to keep each item as close to the photo as possible.
